Annotation
The article analyzes some peculiarities in canceling the rent contract. The failure to fulfill what obligations gives rise to the termination of the contract is considered. It is definitely what is partial non-performance, which is insignificant in view of the interest of the creditor. The effect of the termination of the contract in question is indicated.
