CURRENT PROBLEMS OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Annotation

The article concentrates on some of the current problems of consumer protection which have the harshest consequences on lives of consumers in the Czech Republic. The problems mainly arise from imperfect legal regulation caused mainly by incorrect translation and transposition of EU Directives, fraud business practices of entrepreneurs when transferring immovable property, contractual fines and late charges.
