E-magazine "Norma" is published monthly (excluding August).
On the web site of the magazine there are articles that you can access for free as well as ones that require subscription.
In order to view the open-access articles, you just have to register for free. After you fill out the registration form, you will receive an e-mail, containing a link for confirmation of the registration. This is all.
If you wish to access all articles of the magazine, subscription is required. Fill out the subscription request form, pay the amount due via bank transfer or cash at the Publishing house and within three days you will receive a confirmation for subscription by e-mail.
All the annotations of articles published in the magazine are open-access items.
