One of the latest amendments to the Copyright and Related Rights Act (CRA) has removed the maximum term of 10 years for assigning the use of copyright. With the amendments to the CRA published in the State Gazette, issue 100/2023 (effective from 1.12.2023), the provision of Chapter Seven – Use of Works, Art. 37, para. 2, entitled “Effect and Term of the Agreement” has been completely repealed.
